These terms govern your use of the Cosmos Banter web service provided by Omnilude. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies presented with them.
Send service, rights, or terms questions to omnilude@gmail.com. These terms take effect on August 13, 2026.
Service and account features
Cosmos Banter provides 3D exploration, comparison and observation of celestial objects, reviewed explanations and sources, space stories, polls, comments, reports, follows, saves, and flashcard learning. Features and visibility may vary as the service evolves.
Some community and learning features require a shared Omnilude account. Keep your account and authentication methods secure and do not use another person's account without permission.
Content and rights
You must have the rights needed for comments, responses, report materials, and other content you submit. Do not infringe another person's copyright, reputation, privacy, or other rights.
You grant Omnilude a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to process that content only as needed to provide, display, store, back up, and moderate the service. You retain the underlying rights. Rights in the Cosmos Banter name, code, interface, and original content belong to Omnilude or their lawful owners.
Prohibited use
You may not post unlawful or harmful content, harass or impersonate others, infringe rights, file abusive reports, bypass security, distribute malware, make excessive automated requests, scrape data without permission, disrupt, or resell the service.
Use that violates law or these terms, or threatens users or the service, may lead to content restrictions, feature suspension, or blocked access. Urgent security or rights risks may be addressed without advance notice.
Scientific information and availability
Measurements, visualizations, and explanations are educational information. Cosmos Banter aims to show sources and reference dates, but errors, simplifications, or delayed updates may occur. Do not use them as the sole basis for navigation, safety, medical, or other professional decisions.
Omnilude uses reasonable care to operate the service but does not promise uninterrupted availability, identical 3D output on every device, permanent preservation of user data, or continued availability of external services. Nothing limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Changes, termination, and governing law
Features, content, and policies may change or end for stability, security, legal, or product reasons. Material changes unfavorable to users will be announced before they take effect through the service or another reasonable channel.
Korean law governs these terms. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes are submitted to the court designated by applicable law.
